What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Scheduling and contact forms (Go High Level).
When you schedule a call or contact us, the form is powered by Go High Level, a customer‑relationship‑management (CRM) tool. The form collects your name, email address and (where applicable) your phone number. We use this information to arrange the call, respond to your enquiry and follow up. The data you submit is stored in Go High Level and delivered to our email inbox. Go High Level’s privacy policy governs how they process and store the data; we encourage you to review their policy on their site.

Signed‑copy purchase.
If you order a signed copy of Recalibrate, the purchase form is also managed by Go High Level. We collect your name, email address and mailing address so we can process payment (via the payment gateway integrated with Go High Level), prepare your order and ship the book. Your data is stored in Go High Level and our email system. We will share your mailing address with our shipping provider solely for fulfilment of your order. We do not store full payment card details ourselves; those are processed by the payment gateway.

Comments (currently disabled).
At this time the site does not allow public comments. Should we enable comments, we will collect the data shown in the comments form as well as your IP address and browser user‑agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. After approval, your profile picture will be visible alongside your comment.

Media uploads.
If you upload images or documents (for example when contacting us), avoid embedding location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site.

Analytics and log data.
We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to collect anonymized usage statistics. Our web server automatically logs IP addresses, browser type, time of visit and referring/exit pages. We use this information to improve the site and protect against abuse.

Our site uses cookies to enhance user experience and support functionality:

  • Form and login cookies. When you submit a form or log in (if we introduce user accounts), we may set cookies to remember your details for convenience. Login cookies last for two days and screen‑option cookies last for one year. Selecting “Remember Me” keeps your login for two weeks.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Go High Level. The CRM service that powers our forms. They receive and store the contact, scheduling and order information you submit.

  • Payment gateway. When purchasing a signed copy, payment details are processed by the payment gateway integrated into Go High Level. We do not see your full card details.

  • Shipping and logistics providers. We share your mailing address with shipping companies solely to deliver your signed copy.

  • Email service providers. Contact form submissions are delivered to our email inbox. We may also use email marketing services to send updates (you may opt out at any time).

  • Analytics and web‑hosting providers. These services process data to help us operate, maintain and analyze the site’s performance.

  • Legal obligations. If required by law, court order or to protect our rights, we may disclose information to authorities.

How long we retain your data

  • Contact and scheduling information is retained in Go High Level and our email systems for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry and any follow‑up, unless you request deletion.

  • Purchase records (name, email and address) are retained for the period required by accounting and tax laws.

  • If comments are enabled, comments and their metadata are stored indefinitely.

  • We retain analytics and log data for up to 26 months or as required for security and legal compliance.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted a form or ordered a book, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also ask us to erase your personal data, except for data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the form on our website.

Where your data is sent

  • Contact and scheduling details are sent to Go High Level (a U.S.-based CRM service) and to our email address for follow‑up.
